日本航空（JAL/JL、9201）の通販サイト「JALショッピング」を運営するJALUX（ジャルックス、2729）は2月4日、JALの「クラスJ」シートレザーを再利用したトートバッグの販売を開始した。JALの創立70周年を記念した商品で、数量限定で用意する。このほか、歴代の機材をデザインしたサーモマグも販売する。

実使用していた本革製のシートカバーを座席から取り外し、日本国内でトートバッグに加工した。大きさはタテ29センチ、ヨコ38センチ、奥行き11センチで、A4サイズの書類を収納できるほか、ノートパソコン用のポケットも用意した。税込み5万5000円で、送料が別途かかる。
サーモマグは、ボーイング747型機とダグラスDC-6B型機のイラストをデザイン。容量は350ミリリットルで、ネイビーとシルバー、レッドの3色を用意する。税込み4180円。送料が別途必要となる。
JALは71年前の1951年8月1日に設立。翌1952年10月から国内線の定期運航を開始し、今年で運航開始70周年を迎える。
JALUXは、777-300に搭載予定だったクラスJシートの未使用新品を2021年11月30日に発売。2席1セットで税込み70万円だったが、用意した14セットが6時間程度で完売した。
